I'll never complain again....

So today Josh and I filled up our honda accord for $26!!!!!! I can't remember the last time I ever paid that less for a full tank of gas. It was at Costco here in Montana and it was $1.95 a gallon. So now I will never complain about gas being too expensive because right now I'm so happy that it's this cheap, which is a lot better than it was at almost $5 a gallon. You pretty much had to get a loan or not buy food to just get gas to fill your car.

The Big 2-5

Happy Birthday Joshua! We had a great day. We both are suffering having bad colds, but we are on the down slide of it. So we rested a lot today, I baked and decorated his cake. Which I had some issues with and it didn't turn out perfect. We both got all dressed up and went out. We enjoyed a great dinner at Outback, there's not a lot of nice restaurants to choose from, and then to the movies. The gift I got him was shipped to his mom's and I don't know how that happen, but I did have some gifts that my family had got him for him to open. He got a drill and bits from my siblings and he is very excited about it, a new work shirt and his favorite The Perfect Push-Up!! He was all about reading about them and testing it out.

It was fun to get dressed up nice and get out and have fun. There really isn't a lot to do and it doesn't help that we don't know anyone.

He seems very motivated to use them every morning!

He was exciting for his gifts and that today was his day. I'm so proud of him and all that he is doing for our little family. I love him and the way he makes me laugh and the love he has for me. Happy Birthday Josh, the big 2-5. You're closer to 30 then you think! :) j/k

project!!!

Most know that my mom has made all of our stockings and my sister n laws and now grandbabies. So I wanted to carry on that tradition and make my families stockings. Here is what I picked out almost a year ago for Josh stocking. Because of the arrival of Kole and Madelyn mom teaching me how do make this is now just starting. But no worries it's just in time for Christmas. I did happen to pick like the hardest one out there, but I have no life anymore so bring on the challenge. Mom did get it started by doing the heel and some of santa. I have so far finished santa and started on the toe. It's a lot harding then it looks, one area could take my a couple of hours. It's a needlepoint pattern and it comes with a color key that can be a little hard to read, But it's fun and I'm excited to keep the tradition going in my family.

Halloween fun

When we went home this past weekend We had a lot to do and a lot of people to see. Besides Josh spending time with his buds and going hunting with his Tyson, I was able to attend a good friend of mine baby shower and spend more time with jill and catch up with my other good frind Tricia. We didn't have a lot of time to spend with family cuz of things already planned ,but it still was a great weekend and we are looking forward to Thanksgiving weekend!

So we went home for Halloween weekend! It was our first time being home since moving. It was a lot of fun and we both were able to spend some good times with our friends! First we went to Jill and Brad's party and saw everyone and it was so much fun. Then we went to Taylor's for the rest of the evening. It's nice to be gone awhile and come back and everyone is so excited to see you. It made us feel special and that we really are missed.

We were going to be mustard and ketchup bottles, homemade by me, but we decided we didn't want to spend the extra money so last minute I picked up a mullet wig for Josha and Cat ears and tail for myself.

Pumpkin fun

Josh and I carved our pumpkins tonight. It was fun and messy and a memory for our first Halloween together. I'm sad we weren't home to carve them with the family and see the little ones costumes and excitment. I think they turned out good.

MSU Football

It was no BSU Football games, but it was fun to get out and go to a big game. One of Josh's accounts has this Huge tailgate party and he invited us to come and he would get us tickets for free! It's a pretty small stadium I believe it only holds 10 to 15k people.

Big News!!

I remember we would always play house and and barbies. And pretend to be mommies, Now it's Jill's time to be a Mom. I'm excited to announce that Jill and Brad are expecting a bundle of joy coming May 25th!!! Many many years a lot has happened in our lifes and I can't believe that we are old enough to now have the chance to experience having our own children.

I Love her so much and so excited for this baby to arrive! Now It will just be some more pictures to add to our already huge collection of pictures of the two of us. I'm excited for this new phase in our lives. CONGRATS JILLYN AND BRAD!! you're going to be the best mom!

Not a fan

I'm not liking me new job at all! He is a young and greedy, cheap dentist. I'm the only one working up front and my job title is office manager! umm no! I don't know how to do lots of the work that needs to be done, and no one is there to train me! So...I'm thinking this job isn't going to work out. I have sent my resume to some other medical offices and haven't heard back yet, and there is some job openings for a nanny, so I'll see what happens, but I just can't keep working at this office. There are just too many holes and they don't do things that I think they should to have that office run smoothly.

so it finally finished snowing all day and night and we got quite a few inches of snow. I'm sure it won't stick, obviously it not on the roads so. It's just nuts that it's already so cold and snowing!!! We are definitely not in Idaho anymore!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!

So Josh and I woke up to snow. The people around here say it will start to snow all the time now but won't really stick around until November! So we are lookin at having a white Thanksgiving. It's also just really cold here and the wind isn't too bad because we live in a valley surrounded by huge mountains. The news reports that it will snow off and on all weekend. The pictures are taken off of my front porch so you can kinda see the really cute street I live on.
Good thing I lived in Rexburg and kinda know what to expect when the snow comes and cold.

It makes us super excited for ski season to start, which is early November!!

So we finally have tv and our very own internet!! yay and I got the job I had mention earlier. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it will do hopefully. I'll post a picture of the office cuz it's really nice and high tech.

Mother Dear

Today is mom's birthday!! What a wonderful woman she is. She loves to spoil her family, staying active and raising a great family. I couldn't have asked for a better person to me my mom. We are all grateful for what she does and the love she has for her family and grand babies.

I don't have the actual picture of THE day on this computer, but this is close enough to the date. Anyways today October 5 is one year since Josh propose to me on the steps of the salt lake temple at night in the rain. It was beautiful even though his plan went to the dump. I know it's not as long as some of you old married folks :) but it's big to us, well at least me:)

So Bored

Since we have moved here one of the first things we did was call to get our cable and internet set up. THey said it would be 2 weeks until they can get to us. So I'm stuck here all day while josh is at work and I have no Internet or tv. Well we do get cbs and pbs. YAY for me. And even now and then we can steal Internet from someone, like I'm doing now :) I try to keep myself moving but it's hard when you don't know what to do. I did have an interview 2 weeks ago with a dentist, but that was a disaster. It's someone who I wouldn't ever work for. SO...I am actually job hunting and almost about to settle and just get a job at the gap or something, but then I spotted a really promising opening at a dentist office in the next town over and so I hope to hear from them soon. keep your fingers cross!! On the bright side I have been reading a lot and now onto the 3rd book of the twilight series.Josh is doing great he keeps really busy with work. He really is loving his job now and is just a boost to his confidence. He's bummed that he won't really hunt at all this year, but when we went to Great Falls last week for his work he made sure to point our ALL of the deer and antelope that are EVERYWHERE!! It's been nice though just the two of us. Oh and the gas prices here are pretty cheap last I saw it was done to $3.40 so that's good compared to everything else here is so expensive.

Hey everyone!! we've been in Bozeman for a week. Mom stayed with us and that was a huge help for us to have her. We are adjusting but I still feel like i'm on a vacation. I'll post pictures of our house when i get it organized. I'm counting the days until thanksgiving! :) only in montana would you find a bus with snow cat tires

New Beginnings

This is going to be our new home while we are in Bozeman. I wasn't able to go to Bozeman when Josh was there and so I trusted him to pick a home for us. I think he did beyond a great job. I just hate that this area is the up and coming wealthier area and so that makes everything really expensive. It's 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and just under 1600sq ft so it's pretty big. I'll post inside pictures later when I actually get to see the inside.

Given it a try

So I'm jumpin on the wagon and giving this book a try. I'm still not too sure about the whole vampire love story, but EVERYONE always talks about how good it is. So I'll read it and see.

First Move

So Josh left today for Montana to start work. :( We LOADED his work van with a ton of stuff for him to put in the storage unit. Hopefully next load he takes we will be able to drop it off at our new place instead of a storage unit. This week won't be as bad cuz he comes home for a meeting on Friday, I'm not looking forward to a LONG week without him next week. So until I move to Bozeman I'll be staying with good 'ol mom and dad.

Wild Willdens are moving to the wild west

(A COUPLE MOST POSTINGS AFTER THIS ONE, I GOT A LITTLE BEHING)


So Josh and I will be moving to Bozeman, Mt. It's about a 7-8 hour drive north east of Caldwell. His work gave him a great opportunity to go over there and succeed better. He leaves Tuesday and I hope to be moved over by the 20th of sept. It's not a permanent move but we don't know how long we'll stay.It is a beautiful place and has the best ski resorts in a lot closer drive. We will rely heavily on the church there. It will be hard but we are looking forward to our fun adventure together. PLEASE COME AND VISIT US!!
